Thank you for your interest to Showcase at the Wisconsin Association of Fairs annual convention which will be held at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, January 5-8, 2025.

Applications will be accepted via this online form only.

Please complete one application for each group you are submitting.

Which Showcase are you applying for?

What day is your group available? We try to keep a variety of entertainment on each evening and your availability gives us more flexibility to do that. There is not guarantee as to which day your act will be scheduled. Please select ALL that your act is available.
