The Wisconsin Association of Fairs (WAF) is excited the present our banquet at our annual convention which will take place on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The doors open at 4:30 and we begin promptly by 4:45 with the introductions of our Wisconsin Fairest of the Fairs Candidates and then our meal. Following dinner, we will continue with our Fairest Contest and Awards Presentations. Our evening will conclude at approximately 8:30PM.
A banquet tickets is required for this event and is separate from our convention registration. The cost for a banquet ticket is $40 if purchased by November 15. From November 16 to December 31 the cost is $60. All tickets must be purchased using the form below via credit card. Tickets will NOT be mailed ahead of time. They will be available at the Convention Registration desk up until 4:30PM the night of the banquet. All seats will be pre-assigned by WAF. Refunds for tickets are available until December 15. You will need to email the WAF office at info@wifairs.com to request the refund.
When you use the form, please complete column 1 and column 3. The second column is for those also registering for the convention, which you do not need to complete. When it asks for your Fair Name, please put your affiliation (i.e. former WI Fairest, Contestant Family/Friend, General Support, Media, etc.). This is for internal office use only.
If you are purchasing tickets for Fairest Contestant Family, please connect with your Fair before purchasing tickets, as some Fairs may have already accounted for you.
Once you complete the form and click submit, you will be directed to the credit card payment screen. Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order went through.
